At the Levada Shopping Centre, you will find a free children’s area with trained staff for your children.
Rules
These Rules govern the ways of access and use of the “Children’s Area” service that the Levada Shopping Centre offers free of charge to its customers and their children, with trained staff.
1. Access is permitted to children aged between 3 and 10 years. Children requiring one-to-one care are only allowed to enter when accompanied by the direct carer for as long as the child is in the “Children’s Area”.
3. The maximum number of simultaneous admissions allowed within the “Children’s Area” is 10 children. No further access will therefore be allowed for as long as this number of admissions has been reached.
4. The child must be picked up no later than 15 minutes before the closing time of the “Children’s Area”.
a) Fill in the appropriate form on which he/she will indicate his/her personal details and those of the child, as well as the date and time of access.
b) Present a valid identity document to the staff member in charge, which may be photocopied.
c) Provide the staff with a mobile telephone number, immediately available and active.
d) Guarantee their presence and constant availability within the Levada Shopping Centre at all times until the child is picked up.
6. THE CHILD WILL BE PICKED UP EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PERSON WHO ACCOMPANIED HIM/HER TO THE “CHILDREN’S AREA”.
7. The accompanying person is not permitted to enter the “Children’s Area”.
8. Children are not allowed to enter with shoes; for hygiene reasons, socks are compulsory.
9. Children are not allowed to deposit any kind of clothing and/or objects in the “Children’s Area”.
10. Consumption of food and/or drinks inside the Children’s Area is not permitted, except for planned initiatives and/or events.
12. Parents are requested to accompany their children to the toilet before entrusting them to the designated staff member (in the event of further need, the staff member will find the child’s contact person, who is inside the shopping centre, to accompany him/her to the toilet).
13. The signs displayed in the Children’s Area should be considered an integral part of these Rules.
14. The Management of the Levada Shopping Centre and the entity managing the “Children’s Area” decline all responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought in by the child inside the “Children’s Area”.
15. It is not permitted to enter the “Children’s Area” outside the displayed service hours. No responsibility is accepted in the event of violation of this rule.
16. Personal data will be processed in accordance with current privacy regulations.
These rules are understood to be known and accepted by signing the entry form.
